1. Product warranty period
(1) All products covered by our warranty are accompanied by a warranty certificate. To ensure that consumers enjoy the product warranty service and protection, please retain the warranty certificate enclosed with the product. The warranty period for this product's lamps and power supplies is as follows:
1. Retail and wholesale channels─Product warranty period is 12 months (within) from the date of product sale
2. Space design (including architects, designers, etc.) - Product warranty period is 12 months (within 12 months) starting from the product delivery date (receipt date) plus one month.
(2) Warranty service requires reading and registering the warranty certificate in accordance with the original manufacturer's warranty regulations. Otherwise, the warranty period will be determined by the original supplier (manufacturer, distributor)
1. If the purchase date is incorrect, we will not be able to provide free service. If there is a dispute regarding the purchase date or if the purchase date is not filled in, please present proof of purchase (paper or electronic invoice).
2. If the warranty certificate is lost, the warranty starts from the date of purchase plus 15 days.
2. Product Warranty Scope
(1) Warranty scope: lamps, power supplies
(2) Non-warranty scope: Failure caused by packaging materials, wires, product appearance, and other products (equipment) other than the machine body
(3) Product warranty area: Products sold through authorized distribution channels throughout Taiwan
(IV) If the fault is confirmed to be due to manufacturing reasons after inspection by the original manufacturer, free repair will be provided within the warranty period starting from the date of purchase. If the product cannot be repaired with spare parts, it will be replaced with a product of the same (or similar specifications) model.
(5) Even if the electronic product is within the warranty period, if the following circumstances occur, the repair center may charge the material cost or repair fee (determined by our maintenance personnel):
1. Failure to follow the operating manual or improper use. (For example, failure to use the power supply according to regulations, unauthorized disassembly, addition or modification of the lamp body)
2. Alien Invasion
3. Damage caused by natural disasters (such as typhoons, earthquakes, fires, etc.) or human error
(VI) After the warranty period, any adjustment, maintenance, or repair service will be charged for the labor required. If parts require replacement, the cost of the parts will be charged separately. If the repair price is unacceptable to the consumer, the manufacturer may refuse to perform the repair.
(VII) For parts that require paid repair, the warranty period is 12 months from the date the customer receives the repaired product.

1. If a product is found to be missing contents, damaged, or malfunctioning within 7 days of purchase (inclusive of invoice date), and the cause is not human error, we will exchange the product at the original place of purchase.
2. For items purchased with a credit card, please return the item in person by presenting the credit card used for purchase and the receipt.

1. During the 7 -day grace period, customers can return unused and unopened products through the original platform of purchase.
2. If the product is found to be damaged in packaging, missing contents, damaged in appearance, or malfunctioning within 7 days of receipt, customers may exchange the product through the original purchase platform.
